Gazprom gas output grows 1.7% to 331 bcm in Jan–Aug
MOSCOW, Sep 2 (PRIME) -- Russian gas giant Gazprom raised natural gas production by 1.7% on the year to 331 billion cubic meters in January–August, the company said on Monday citing preliminary data.
Domestic gas demand fell by 0.7%, or by 1.1 billion cubic meters, in the period.
Gas exports to non-CIS states decreased 4.5% on the year to 127.3 billion cubic meters. Exports to Hungary grew 50.5%, to Austria by 32.2%, to the Czech Republic by 35.5%, to Slovakia by 40.4%, to the Netherlands by 12%, and to France by 5.6%.
